Shipping from Alaska takes 1-3 days longer than if you are mailing things within the Lower 48 (as we call it).

I send them through the USPS. After a few conversations with the lovely postal workers, we have reached an understanding about how to ship these hoops. Sure enough, I can mail them just like you would a letter, or a coconut!

The cost to me varies, but I have decided on a flat rate of $7 shipping for all hoops.
